This RCA cordless phone W/wireless headset is a wonderful product. the cordless phone gets great reception, at long distances from the base, it is a very sturdy hand set with the ability to store up to 50 names and phone numbers, it has a large digital, well lit read out that lets you see who is calling for screening purposes. The lightweight wireless headset is a great feature for allowing you hands free talking while puttering around the house, and has the ability to go long distances from the base without static or interference. However it is not made to take much abuse. It has the ability to answer the phone by use of a small button on it's earpiece, there is also a push button volume control on the earpiece which is hard to find or use while wearing. I have enjoyed having this phone very much, but have lost "three" of them to lighting storms in the passed two years, and will from now on remove the base unit from the wall if the possibility of lightning storms is present!
