Like a few others the first one I picked up had the wires pulled out the back and could not be recognized by my computer as a USB device. I had to go back and trade it in. Now I have an even bigger issue. It installed just fine, even prompted me for registration, but when I open the Audio Control Panel it does not show up, so it has essentially become a $40 CTRL ALT DEL button under my desk. I have tried everything suggested on the help files and even contacted customer support with no response. Do yourself a favor and buy something that doesnt have a World of Warcraft sticker glued to it that falls off at the slightest touch.

The Sound Blaster World of Warcraft Tap Chat seems like a solid piece of hardware, even though it is much smaller in person than it appears online. I bought this product with notion that the only system requirements were a USB port and Windows 7, Vista or XP. Turns out the support for this item is almost non existent and it appears to only work if you have the Sound Blaster World of Warcraft Headset. This item does not come with any software and when installed it has a default setting to open up windows task manager, rendering it useless as a secondary option for push to talk etc.

Like the first reviewer upon opening the box I saw that the plastic at the connection point for the usb cable had come unglued and the wires were exposed. Not acceptable for a $30 addon that is more of a luxury to than a neccesity when using the headphone. Very disappointed that creative and Blizz would allow a product to be shipped in such a state.
