Noise cancellation algorithm performance is excellent! It is also the most well-fitting and comfortable earpiece I have ever used. Well worth the $100. Bravo!
Note that this product is NEW and is NOT the same as the Xpressway. It is a different design which is lighter in weight. At the time I wrote this review, it was not yet listed on the VXi website.

I am really shocked that anyone could have a negative experience with this headset. This has to be the most comfortable and secure fitting headset I have ever used. Even if the ear loop is not to your liking, they do offer additional choices as add on accessories.
It is designed to fit in your ear using one of three different sized gel pillows. The ear clip is there for additional support and stability. The loop is soft and mold-able and takes a bit of adjustment to fit perfect. Once I had this adjusted and replaced the cushion with the larger one, it is snap to put on. I now just slip the loop over my ear, insert and lightly twist to seat. It is so comfortable that I honestly forget I am wearing it.
As for the size, yes it is rather large when compared to your typical hearing aid sized fashion toy. But it is much smaller and lighter than the B250-XT that I am replacing after more than... Read more

Got it quick with my Prime membership in 2 days as advertised.
Good:
- great sound on both ends. better than jawbone original, plantronics savor m1100. This is the first one i have ever had that people could not tell i was in my car driving down the highway and not at home sitting at my desk.
- Range is improved. Being an engineer i am not sure how they double the range as they have no control over what my phone (iPhone 4s) does.
- Battery life is good.
- With the custom fit accessory kit (not included) it is very comfortable to wear for hours on end.
- Quick pairing, almost instant when turning on. i.e. - can turn it on and connect to phone and take call within 3 rings. Sweet.
- Works great with Siri on iPhone. All other headsets had 75% success rate at best. This one is 100% over a couple weeks now. impressive. Seems better than talking directly into phone.
