When plugged into a computer you would not want to turn them up past 50% and I use my between 35% and 42%
At the high end of the scale, like 80% on the iPod/mp3Player and 45% on the computer, the headphones are jumping. You feel like you are listening to a superior car stereo. If you like to feel bass these are it.
Disconnected cables are KILLER!!! (comes with 2 neon green leads, one with and one without a built in mic. The audio cables also lock in to the headphones. It's a well kept secret but once you connect on the headphone side just turn it 1/2 turn and they don't come out)
Leather ear cups are KILLER!!! (they tilt and shift too and fold up nicely)
From looking at the picture I thought they were going to be odd, mostly the headband but it is great.
These don't have active noise canceling but they don't need it. I personally find... Read more

Features:
+ Flexed headband - as you see in the video, you can pull it far apart. Great for durability
+ One input, one audio cable and one audio cable with inline microphone
+ Soft cushion padded foam earpieces
+ Foldable earpieces
Design:
+ As I mentioned, the headband is very flexible, which is important for durability.
+ Headband frame is plastic. Though I wished that it was metal or something stronger, the plastic frame is good enough. The angle of the frame isn't curved enough for the frame to break easily.
+ Foldable design makes it easy to take the headset on the go.
+ The two audio cables are single layered, but they are thick.
+ In terms of style, the earpieces are a little bit bulky and aren't so sleek. If you don't mind the extra bulk, the headset... Read more

The headphones are definitely worthy of the 5 stars, however there are some things you should know before deciding on these or another set.
First, the build quality, VERY VERY good, these things are solid, they feel well made in every regard, the padding, everything is top of the line.
The detachable cables will allow this product to hold up for a LONG time, I am certain these headphones will be with me forever.
Sound quality, these are like the old school "cans" that your granpa had, they sound TREMENDOUS when you turn the volume up, however, I listen to music mainly, and At low volumes they still sound good, but you end up with too much bass in relation to the rest of the mix. Everything comes through at high volumes though.
Comfort, They are very comfortable for this style of headphone, however, for an all day set, they could do, but there are better options in this price range, and I am comparing them... Read more
