I've been through a few pair where the voice quality was less than stellar. Since I use these for business, quality is my utmost concern.
I used these for the first few days and was thrilled. The call quality in this headset is awesome. You know when you ask the first few calls "how do I sound" everyone replied "perfect" Mission Accomplished, but it didn't end there.
I strongly encourage using the software from Jabra. It is easy to install and use. The Jabra suite of tools made this an indispensible tool for me.
I could link it to my cell phone. Now I can pick up calls from work or calls from my cell on the same headset instead of being that guy with two phones to both sides of his head.
I often play music and audio recordings through my computer and adjust it when I am picking up a call. The Jabra suite allows you to mute the music automatically when a call comes through. No more fumbling to turn down... Read more

Mac Compatibility Problems, February 1, 2011 By Amazon Verified Purchase This review is from: Jabra BIZ 2400 Duo NC USB Headset (Electronics) This headset does not come with Mac software, and the Jabra support web site only has downloads for PCs. The instructions are very poor, so I had to find more detailed instructions online. After lots of research, I found you put this into Bluetooth pairing mode via their PC software. So if you have a Mac, you cannot pair this with your cell phone.
Even worse, the headset does not function with iChat. The microphone works, but when you tell iChat to route sound to the headphones, you cannot hear the other party.
So for Windows PC users, this might be a great product. But for Mac users, it lacks the necessary software for Bluetooth setup, and the headphones do not function with iChat.

This model is an excellent revision and upgrade. It feels much more solid but is still extremely light weight. The addition of an independent volume control is very handy. I use this headset a few hours each day for Skype calls (and music between calls) and it stays comfortable. Audio quality is excellent.
