Watch the battery connector., November 18, 2010 By Amazon Verified Purchase This review is from: Astatic High Quality Amplified Ceramic Desk Microphone (Electronics) I ordered this mic a couple of weeks ago. When I tried to remove the battery to use it in another mic, a terminal on the battery connector broke off and was stuck inside the battery. The seller sent me a new one for nothing, that mic the battery connector is soldered on crooked. I can't even put in a battery. After repairing them, they perform fairly well. These mics are not the quality that Astatic was known for since they are now owned by Barjan.
