Beware - Adapter is necessary in some cases, October 15, 2008 By This review is from: Sennheiser CC540 Lightweight Binaural Headset with Noise-Canceling Microphone & Adjustable Headband (Office Product) Like the other customer, I too am unable to use this product as it doesn't include the adapter and I had no idea I needed one. I have an important project due in 2 days and am disappointed that, after having this producted overnighted, I am unable to use it. This information needs to be added to the product description. I'm sure this is a very good product. I'm just unable to tell.

Makes the Others Look (and Feel) Like Toys, April 29, 2005 By This review is from: Sennheiser CC540 Lightweight Binaural Headset with Noise-Canceling Microphone & Adjustable Headband (Office Product) This is the first headset I've been completely happy with. Previously, I struggled with ear pads that were small and uncomfortably hard along with microphones that could not be adjusted properly.
I no longer struggle.
This headset is completely comfortable, and the microphone produces clear, intelligible speech. I use it with Dragon Naturally Speaking and couldn't be more pleased with the results.
If you need a good headset, by all means, give this one a try!

The foam earcushions were a bit tight and brittle, so, as a public service for others buying this product, be patient and careful slipping them on. I have contacted Sennheiser and other suppliers: Nobody seems to know where I could get a replacement pair. Other than that, the headset works great and has improved my presence on my teleconferences.
