Comfortable, good sound but quirky, April 19, 2011 Amazon Verified Purchase This review is from: Refurbished Creative Sound Blaster World Of Warcraft Wireless Gaming Headset powered by THX TruStudio PC (Personal Computers) I received the headset with all the parts, setup was easy as well. Sound quality is great, and the best part for me is the over ear design. I can't wear most headphones for any period of time greater than 10 minutes before it hurts. These though I can use for hours without any discomfort.
The only issue I have with the headphones is after I decide to remove the transmitter to switch back to my speakers. When I plug the transmitter back in to use the headset again, it doesn't always recognize the mic. I usually have to shut all the applications down and plug/unplug the transmitter again to get it to recognize the mic. Other than this quirk, I love these headphones.

The headset was there and that was all. The charging cable, microphone, etc. was missing. Luckily, Amazon has an excellent return policy.....Buyer beware on refurbished products.
