This review is from: New-Plantronics H101N - Encore Binaural Over-the-Head Telephone Headset w/Noise Canceling Mic - PLNH101N (Electronics) I purchased this headset for work purposes. I bought it "used" to test out the actual headset itself, and to see if it would be worth buying the product brand new. The shipping time was very good, so I have no complaints with that. When I took it out the box, I noticed the quality was very weak, and the earpieces were a little too shaky when handling the headset. Since I receive incoming calls at my job, I also noticed the sound of the incoming calls are mediocre, and you could hardly hear the caller on the line without pushing the earpiece closer to your ears! The caller can hear you with no problem, but you can't hear them with the same clarity. I ended up purchasing a different headset altogether, and disappointed that I didn't get the results I expected with this one.
